STILL CREATING CONTENT FROM SCRATCH EVERY WEEK?

Install a sustainable content system for social media managers - so you can plan, create and execute across multiple clients without burnout, chaos or working 24/7.

you don't struggle with content.

You struggle with:

You're expected to:
Plan -> Create -> Edit -> Schedule -> Engage -> Analyze -> Repeat

Often across multiple brands, platforms, shifting client expectations and on fluctuating energy.

Somewhere along the way, the industry decided the solution was:
"Be more consistent"
"Batch harder"
"Just repurpose"

But here's the truth most people won't share:

burnout isn't a discipline problem.
it's a system problem.

i know this because i've lived it.

I’ve worked in marketing for over a decade from agency leadership to corporate strategy, managing content across industries, niches, and platforms.

I’ve been the one juggling multiple client accounts.
I’ve been the one trying to create “ideal content weeks.”
I’ve been the one staying up too late editing because I ran out of energy during the day.

For years, I thought if I could just be more disciplined, everything would feel easier.

Then my body forced me to rethink everything.

After being diagnosed with ADHD and later navigating severe burnout and chronic illness, I couldn’t rely on hustle anymore.

I had to build a business that worked with my capacity, not against it.

That’s when I realized:

The problem was never content.

It was structure.

the burnout free content system was born from that realization.

This is not a trendy content course.
It’s not about hooks or viral hacks.
It’s not about posting more.

It’s about installing a repeatable structure that works even on low-energy days.

A system that reduces decision fatigue, protects your creative capacity and scales across multiple clients.

Here's what you'll get inside:

🌿the capacity based planning model

Stop planning around an ideal calendar and start planning around:

You’l learn how to divide your work into high, medium and low energy tasks so you’re not forcing creative output when you’re brain isn’t there. This shift alone changes everything.

💎the sustainable content multiplier

This is where most SMMs burn out. They create from scratch over and over. This is about extracting more from what you’re already creating.

📓30 minute weekly reset

No more starting from zero each week. You’ll use a simple weekly workflow that allows you to:

– 3 easy to follow workshops with a framework you can implement immediately

what changes when you run a real energy based content system?

Whether you manage one account or five, the system stays the same.

That’s what makes it sustainable, scalable and protects your longevity in this industry.

This is for you if...

This is not for you if...

This is for the social media manager who wants to build a career - not just survive one.

let's talk practicality:

This is not a 10 hour course.

It’s a focused implementation workshop.

You can go through it in under 90 minutes.

You can apply it this week.

If it saves you even one hour?
It’s already paid for itself.

If it prevents one burnout spiral?
It’s invaluable.

Courtney Miller digital

hey, i'm courtney!

I’m a social media strategist, former agency director, corporate marketing strategist — and a social media manager who burned out.

I’ve spent over a decade inside marketing, working across industries and business models. I’ve managed accounts for restaurants, hotels, retail stores, coaches, consultants, service providers, and leadership experts. I’ve built funnels, launched courses, developed brand strategies, managed retainers, and balanced corporate marketing roles during the day while running my own client work at night. I understand what it means to juggle multiple brands, deadlines, expectations, and creative demands all at once.

On paper, it looked successful. Behind the scenes, I was exhausted.

For years, I believed what most social media managers believe — that if I could just be more disciplined, more organized, more consistent, everything would finally click. I tried every batching method, every template system, every content calendar structure. Some worked temporarily. None were sustainable.

Then in 2024, I was diagnosed with ADHD. Shortly after, I experienced severe burnout and chronic illness that forced me to step away from everything and completely reevaluate how I was operating. My body would no longer tolerate hustle. My nervous system would no longer cooperate with pressure-based productivity.

I had a choice: keep trying to operate like a content machine, or redesign how I worked from the ground up.

I chose to redesign.

Not just to be productive, but to be sustainable. Not just to keep clients, but to keep my health. Not just to survive in this industry, but to build longevity in it.

The Burnout Free Content System isn’t theory. It’s the structure I built when I had no other option but to work differently. It’s how I manage content sustainably now. It’s how I mentor social media managers who are talented but overwhelmed. It’s how I teach strategy without burnout.

I don’t believe in working 24/7. I don’t believe your worth is tied to your output, and I don’t believe sustainability means lowering your standards.

I believe in structure.
I believe in leverage.
I believe in calm, professional execution.

I believe social media managers deserve careers that don’t cost them their health.

If that resonates with you, you’re in the right place.

you don't need more pressure or ideas.
You need structure.

If you’re serious about operating at a higher level (without burning out in the process) this is the place to start.
